1. Mould readying.

Something that is essential at this moment is the amount of time the mould will spend inside the oven. If it overstays, the component will lose value and durability, creating a weak product. If it is taken out from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which produces bubbles in the finalized product line.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of extraction from the mould. This is another step that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing warping of the material.

4. The unloading or de-moulding step.
As soon as the material within te mold has cooled adequately, the molder managing the operation can then remove the finished item from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, supplying a number of exact items.
