1. Mould prep work.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is yet another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the material.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
Once the material within te mold has cooled effectively, the molder taking care of the process can then extract the completed item from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the start, providing a number of similar products.
