The Rotomoulding Method Components

1. Mold prep work.

If it stays to long, the material will lose value and durability, producing a faulty item. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which generates bubbles in the completed item.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too fast, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
When the component within te mould has cooled correctly, the person managing the operation can then extract the completed item from the mold. The function is repeated from the start, providing a series of identical items.
