1. Mold prep work.

When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another procedure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
Once the component inside te mold has cooled successfully, the molder handling the operation can then extract the completed product from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, making a number of identical product lines.
