1. Mould fitting.

If it overstays, the product will lose stability and durability, making a weak item. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which creates bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the material has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is one more measure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too quick, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material within te mold has cooled effectively, the person handling the operation can then take out the finished product from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of identical items.
