1. Mould preparation.

If it overstays, the component will lose stability and strength, producing a poor product. If it is taken out from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which generates bubbles in the finalized product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is one more measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-moulding phase.
As soon as the product within te mould has cooled correctly, the person taking care of the procedure can then take out the finished item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact items.
