1. Mould readying.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mould. This is another procedure that relies a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing warping of the item.

4. The discharging or de-moulding step.
Once the product within te mold has cooled adequately, the molder taking care of the process can then remove the completed item from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, making a number of identical product lines.
