1. Mould readying.

If it overstays, the product will lose stability and durability, creating a poor item. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which develops bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mould. This is an additional procedure that relies a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the material.

4. The unloading or de-moulding step.
Once the component inside te mold has cooled correctly, the molder handling the operation can then remove the finished product from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, making a number of similar product lines.
