2. The heat and fusion process.

If it overstays, the component will lose stability and durability, creating a poor product. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which develops bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The unloading or de-molding step.
As soon as the component inside te mold has cooled adequately, the person taking care of the operation can then take out the finalized item from the mould. The process is repeated from the beginning, making a series of exact items.
