2. The heating and fusion procedure.
Once inside the oven, the mould is revolved on two axis so the powdered polymer liquefies from the heat and layers the inside if the mold. The rotation is done slowly, about 20 revolutions per sixty seconds. Something that is essential at this point is the period of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the material will lose stability and durability, generating a poor product. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which develops bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the material.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product inside te mold has cooled adequately, the person taking care of the operation can then take out the completed item from the mould. The function is repeated from the start, giving a series of similar items.
