1. Mould preparation.

If it overstays, the product will lose value and durability, making a faulty product. If it is taken out from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which generates bubbles in the finalized product line.

3. Mould cooling.
When the material has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is another measure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quickly, causing warping of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product within te mold has cooled successfully, the person managing the operation can then remove the completed product from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact products.
