1. Mold fitting.

If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which develops bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mould cooling.
When the material has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another step that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the product.

4. The un-loading or de-molding step.
As soon as the product inside te mould has cooled properly, the person taking care of the procedure can then take out the finalized item from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of similar products.
