3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is an additional measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing bending of the item.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding phase.
When the component inside te mould has cooled successfully, the molder handling the operation can then remove the finished item from the mould. The process is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact product lines.
