1. Mold prep work.

Something that is critical at this point is the amount of time the mold will spend inside the oven. If it overstays, the component will lose value and durability, creating a poor product. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which develops bubbles in the completed product line.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another measure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too quick, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
As soon as the component within te mold has cooled correctly, the molder taking care of the procedure can then remove the finalized item from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, providing a series of similar products.
