1. Mould readying.

2. The heating up and fusion step.

If it overstays, the product will lose value and durability, producing a weak item. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which generates bubbles in the completed item.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is another measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too fast, causing warping of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product inside te mold has cooled properly, the person managing the process can then take out the finished item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, giving a number of exact items.
