The Rotomolding Process Components

1. Mould fitting.

3. Mould cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is one more procedure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too fast, causing warping of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material inside te mold has cooled effectively, the person taking care of the procedure can then take out the finalized item from the mould. The process is repeated from the beginning, giving a number of identical product lines.
