1. Mold fitting.

The spinning is done slowly and gradually, about 20 revolutions per sixty seconds. The main thing that is essential at this point is the amount of time the mould will spend inside the oven. If it stays to long, the material will lose value and strength, generating a weak item. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which develops bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is one more measure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too fast, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding step.
When the component inside te mold has cooled correctly, the molder taking care of the procedure can then take out the completed item from the mould. The technique is repeated from the start, supplying a number of exact products.
