1. Mold readying.

If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which generates bubbles in the completed product.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another step that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the item.

4. The un-loading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the component within te mold has cooled correctly, the person managing the procedure can then extract the completed item from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the start, supplying a series of similar items.
