1. Mold readying.

One thing that is essential at this point is the period of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the product will lose stability and strength, creating a poor product. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted properly, which develops bubbles in the completed product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is yet another procedure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the material.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
Once the component within te mold has cooled adequately, the molder handling the operation can then remove the finalized item from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, making a series of similar products.
