2. The heating and fusion procedure.
Once inside the oven, the mold is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer liquefies from the heat and layers the inside if the mould. The rotation is done gradually, about 20 spins per min. One thing that is vital at this moment is the period of time the mould will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the component will lose stability and durability, generating a faulty item. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which creates bubbles in the completed product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is yet another procedure that relies a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding step.
Once the material inside te mold has cooled effectively, the person taking care of the process can then take out the completed product from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, giving a series of identical products.
