1. Mould prep work.

If it overstays, the component will lose value and strength, producing a faulty product. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which produces bubbles in the completed product.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another procedure that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The unloading or de-moulding phase.
As soon as the product inside te mold has cooled properly, the person taking care of the operation can then extract the completed item from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, giving a number of identical product lines.
