3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is one more procedure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The unloading or de-moulding phase.
As soon as the material within te mold has cooled effectively, the person taking care of the process can then remove the completed product from the mould. The technique is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of similar products.
