1. Mold fitting.

2. The heating and fusion step.
Once placed into the oven, the mould is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and overlays the inside if the mould. The spinning is done slowly and gradually, about 20 spins per min. Something that is vital at this moment is the amount of time the mould will spend within the oven. If it stays to long, the component will lose value and durability, producing a poor product. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which produces bubbles in the finished item.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is another measure that depends a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quickly, causing bending of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material within te mold has cooled effectively, the person managing the process can then extract the finalized item from the mould. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of similar product lines.
