1. Mould readying.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mould. This is another measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-moulding step.
When the component inside te mold has cooled properly, the person managing the procedure can then take out the finalized product from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the start, providing a series of exact product lines.
