1. Mold readying.

If it overstays, the product will lose value and strength, generating a poor item. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which generates bubbles in the completed item.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is yet another procedure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
As soon as the component inside te mold has cooled correctly, the molder managing the procedure can then take out the finalized item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact items.
