1. Mould preparation.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is yet another step that relies a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too fast, causing bending of the material.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
As soon as the product within te mold has cooled correctly, the person managing the procedure can then extract the finished product from the mould. The function is repeated from the beginning, providing a number of identical product lines.
