1. Mould fitting.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding step.
As soon as the product inside te mold has cooled effectively, the molder managing the procedure can then remove the finished item from the mould. The process is repeated from the start, making a number of exact products.
