1. Mould preparation.

If it overstays, the component will lose stability and durability, generating a weak item. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted properly, which produces bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-moulding phase.
When the product inside te mould has cooled adequately, the person handling the procedure can then take out the completed product from the mold. The function is repeated from the start, giving a number of exact products.
