1. Mold readying.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is one more step that depends a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing bending of the material.

4. The discharging or de-molding step.
As soon as the material within te mould has cooled correctly, the person handling the process can then extract the finalized item from the mold. The technique is repeated from the start, supplying a series of exact product lines.
