1. Mold prep work.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of extraction from the mould. This is one more step that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quick, causing warping of the product.

4. The discharging or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product within te mold has cooled correctly, the person managing the process can then remove the finalized item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of identical product lines.
