The Rotomoulding Method Components

1. Mould fitting.

If it stays to long, the component will lose value and durability, creating a weak item. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which produces bubbles in the finalized product line.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mold. This is yet another measure that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing warping of the item.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding step.
Once the material inside te mold has cooled successfully, the person managing the operation can then take out the finalized item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, giving a number of identical product lines.
