The Rotomoulding Procedure Components

1. Mould preparation.

If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which generates bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mould cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional procedure that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding step.
When the product inside te mold has cooled successfully, the person managing the operation can then take out the finalized product from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, providing a number of exact product lines.
