1. Mold preparation.

3. Mould cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another procedure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quick, causing bending of the product.

4. The unloading or de-molding step.
Once the material inside te mould has cooled correctly, the molder taking care of the procedure can then remove the completed item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of identical product lines.
