1. Mold preparation.

2. The heating up and fusion phase.
Once inside the oven, the mould is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and coats the inside if the mould. The turning is done slowly and gradually, about 20 revolutions per min. The main thing that is critical at this moment is the amount of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the component will lose stability and strength, creating a faulty product. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which develops bubbles in the finished item.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is yet another procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing warping of the material.

4. The unloading or de-molding phase.
Once the material inside te mold has cooled effectively, the person handling the process can then remove the finalized product from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact products.
