1. Mould preparation.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing bending of the material.

4. The unloading or de-moulding phase.
When the product inside te mould has cooled properly, the molder handling the operation can then extract the finalized product from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, making a series of similar items.
