1. Mould readying.

If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which generates bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mould cooling.
When the material has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another step that depends a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the material.

4. The unloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product inside te mould has cooled properly, the molder handling the process can then extract the completed product from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, making a series of similar product lines.
