1. Mold readying.

Something that is important at this moment is the amount of time the mold will spend inside the oven. If it overstays, the product will lose stability and durability, creating a poor product. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which produces bubbles in the finished product.
3. Mould cooling.
When the component has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too fast, causing bending of the item.
4. The discharging or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material within te mold has cooled adequately, the molder handling the procedure can then take out the completed product from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of exact items.
