The Rotomolding Method Components

3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is another step that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
When the product inside te mold has cooled successfully, the person handling the procedure can then take out the finished item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact products.
