1. Mould prep work.

2. The heating up and fusion step.

The rotation is done gradually, about 20 rotations per sixty seconds. The main thing that is vital at this moment is the amount of time the mould will spend inside the oven. If it overstays, the component will lose value and strength, creating a weak product. If it is taken out from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which creates bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is another measure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing warping of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
When the component within te mould has cooled properly, the person managing the process can then take out the completed item from the mould. The process is repeated from the start, providing a number of exact products.
