1. Mold preparation.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mold. This is another measure that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quickly, causing bending of the item.

4. The unloading or de-moulding phase.
As soon as the component inside te mould has cooled correctly, the person taking care of the process can then remove the finished item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, supplying a series of similar products.
