1. Mold fitting.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is an additional procedure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too quick, causing warping of the material.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
Once the product inside te mould has cooled adequately, the molder managing the operation can then remove the finalized product from the mold. The technique is repeated from the start, supplying a number of identical products.
