1. Mould preparation.

2. The heating up and fusion phase.
Once within the oven, the mould is rotated on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and layers the inside if the mould. The spinning is done slowly, about 20 spins per sixty seconds. One thing that is crucial at this moment is the amount of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it stays to long, the material will lose stability and strength, producing a poor product. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted properly, which generates bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is one more procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-moulding phase.
When the product inside te mold has cooled adequately, the molder managing the operation can then take out the finalized item from the mould. The function is repeated from the beginning, giving a number of exact product lines.
