1. Mould fitting.

If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which produces bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is another measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the item.

4. The unloading or de-moulding phase.
Once the material within te mould has cooled properly, the person managing the process can then remove the finished item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, providing a number of exact product lines.
