1. Mold preparation.

If it overstays, the material will lose stability and durability, generating a poor product. 3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is yet another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The discharging or de-moulding step.
When the product within te mould has cooled effectively, the person handling the operation can then extract the completed product from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of identical products.
