1. Mould readying.

When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mould. This is one more procedure that depends a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing warping of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the component inside te mould has cooled adequately, the person taking care of the process can then remove the finalized product from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, making a series of exact products.
