1. Mold preparation.

If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which generates bubbles in the finished item.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another step that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The discharging or de-moulding step.
Once the material within te mold has cooled correctly, the person taking care of the process can then remove the finalized item from the mold. The function is repeated from the start, making a number of identical product lines.
