The Rotomolding Procedure Components

1. Mould readying.

This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is another step that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too rapidly, causing warping of the item.

4. The unloading or de-molding step.
As soon as the component inside te mold has cooled effectively, the molder managing the operation can then remove the finished product from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, giving a series of similar items.
