If it overstays, the product will lose stability and strength, making a poor product. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which develops bubbles in the finished item.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another measure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too fast, causing warping of the material.

4. The removing or de-molding step.
As soon as the product within te mould has cooled properly, the person handling the operation can then remove the completed product from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, making a series of similar product lines.
