1. Mould fitting.

This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mould. This is one more procedure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quickly, causing bending of the item.

4. The discharging or de-molding phase.
When the product inside te mold has cooled successfully, the molder managing the procedure can then remove the finalized item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, making a number of exact products.
