1. Mould preparation.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material inside te mould has cooled successfully, the person taking care of the procedure can then extract the finished item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, making a number of identical items.
